I just placed an order, when will it ship?


We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 business days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-13 days


Tracking numbers will be updated 2-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at support@powerwavy.com  

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include full name and order number on the returned parcels.


Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm.

Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@powerwavy.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-15 business days.

For pre-sale orders & international orders, you may receive the item from any of these warehouses.

 

  • Different warehouses mean that sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times, but that is about it. No worries, we will keep you informed with tracking numbers of different packages.

In-stock items purchased from Power Wavy ship in 1-3 business days (excluding holidays or weekends).


Pre-sale items purchased from Power Wavy ship within 10-15 days.
Packages typically arrive in about 7-15 business days after they are shipped (Depends on Shipping Method). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam orders may take considerably longer than the estimates.

  • Orders placed on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day.

IS COVID-19 AFFECTING DELIVERY TIMES OR OPERATIONS?

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Once your order has been billed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. You can check the status of your order by reviewing your order on your account. To sign into your account, click here.

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email us at support@powerwavy.com or contact us online, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.


P.O. BOXES OR APO BOXES

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. For PO Boxes or APO addresses, please be sure to select USPS as your shipping method.

WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

Weekends and Holidays are excluded from shipping times. For more accurate shipping times on holidays, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@powerwavy.com  .

LOST PACKAGE?

If the tracking information for your package says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it.

You may also ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still do not find anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

Please note that UPS and USPS do not guarantee delivery dates of packages.
Transit begins the first business day after an order is shipped.
Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded for packages delayed due to adverse weather conditions.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@powerwavy.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL - ORDER NUMBER".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@powerwavy.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
